GULF WATERS RV RESORT
GENERAL GUIDELINES & INFORMATION
Thank you for
your attention to these friendly guidelines and for assisting us in our
efforts to provide you with a safe, clean and enjoyable resort. We wish
you a pleasant stay and look forward to your return.
Gulf Waters Beach
Front Resort is a Condominium Resort. All sites and beach house sites
are privately owned and are governed by the By-laws, covenants and the
friendly guidelines of Gulf Waters Property Owners Association. All
owners, guests and visitors must abide by these documents. Management
reserves the right to terminate and/or limit the length of stay, as well
as refuse occupancy if RV unit or vehicles are not up to resort
standards. Gulf Waters Resort and its management are not responsible
for loss, damage or claims of damages to anyone’s property due to fire,
theft, accident or any other cause. Gulf Waters will not accept
reservations or registrations from anyone under the age of 25 years
old. Reservations made under false pretence shall result in automatic
and immediate termination of occupancy and forfeit entire funds.
PARKING &
VEHICLES

SPEED LIMIT
THROUGHOUT THE RESORT IS 5 MPH AT ALL TIMES. STRICTLY
ENFORCED!

Connection
and disconnection of tow vehicles MUST be done at the REAR of the
Welcome Center. For the comfort of your neighbour, please do not
idle your motor coach or diesel vehicle while hooking up and/or
disconnecting.

Limit of
one (1) RV per site and a maximum of two (2) vehicles permitted per
site.
-
All guests,
visitors and/or owner’s family members must register with the office
and obtain a parking pass. The LICENSE PLATE NUMBER of each
vehicle is required.
-
Parking
pass must be visible at all times. Any vehicle without a parking
pass will be towed at the owner’s expense.
-
No boats,
utility, automobile or boat trailers are allowed in the resort
community—not even for loading or unloading. All must be parked in
the area designated by the office as well as all loading and
unloading.
-
Toy Haulers
must be unloaded in area designated by the office. They cannot be
opened up in the neighborhood resort area.

NO PARKING
IN THE STREETS, GRASS OR LANDSCAPED AREAS AT ANY TIME.

NO PARKING
ON VACANT OR UNDEVELOPED SITES.
-
Extra
parking is available at the Welcome Center.
-
A valid
driver’s license is required for the operation of all motorized
transportation (motorcycles, mini-bikes, golf carts, etc).
Bicycles, roller blades, skateboards, etc must be used responsibly
or they will be confiscated. Motorized scooters are not allowed.
GENERAL
RESORT INFORMATION
-
Check in or
out time is 1:00 PM.
-
Quiet time
hours are 10:00 pm to 8:00 am. Disruptive noise, abusive language
or conduct is not permitted at any time.

High
profile exterior lighting on RV must be turned off by 10:00 pm.
-
Office
hours are 9:00 am to 6:00 pm daily, Sundays 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm.
-
Office is
closed Easter, Thanksgiving and Christmas in observance of these
special holidays.
-
All rentals
are paid in advance. All guests staying on the site must be
registered. SORRY—NO REFUNDS!
-
Electrical
use will be charged upon departure if applicable.
-
All
visitors (not on registry) must leave the resort by 10:00 pm. A fee
will be charged to the renter for extra visitors.
-
All
buildings and common areas are smoke-free.
-
NO FISHING,
SWIMMING, WADING OR BOATING allowed in or on any ponds. Stay away
from pond’s edge at all times.
-
Telephone
connections are for local, 1-800 or calling cards only.
-
All sites
must be kept neat and tidy and items may not be stored under or
around RV. Resort Management determines tidiness. Failure to
comply may result in cleanup by management at the renter’s expense.
-
Waste
receptacles are located along the highway. Garbage pickup is not
provided. Do not store garbage under or around RV.
-
Parents
and/or guardians are responsible for the safety and supervision of
their children at all times. The designated play area for children
is in the site they occupy. Short-cuts across any other RV sites
(vacant, occupied or undeveloped) and/or home site are prohibited
and are considered PRIVATE PROPERTY.

Any owner,
guest or visitor who willfully or negligently defaces, damages or
destroys property/equipment of the Resort shall be liable for full
replacement value.
-
No
clotheslines, freestanding patio covers or enclosures are allowed.
No pegs, augers or stakes are permitted on lawns.
-
BBQ pits,
hibachis and other portable cooking devices must remain on the patio
areas. Open fires are not permitted.
-
O-ring,
donut or screw-in fittings for sewer connections must be used at all
times.
-
Water is a
precious commodity. A washing fee is to be paid prior to washing
your rig. NO OTHER VEHICLES may be washed at any site. All hoses
must have a shut off valve to eliminate excessive water run and/or
site erosion. Any abuse will cause the privilege to be revoked.
Daily security will also report washing of the rigs to the office
and a fee will be charged to the renter.

Generators
are not required and must not be operated in the resort.

If your
vehicle or RV requires service or mechanical repairs, please inquire
at the office before contracting any services. No unauthorized
repairs or mechanical maintenance allowed. We will be happy to
provide you with service providers authorized by the resort.

Firearms
and fireworks are strictly prohibited.
-
No
soliciting or commercial activities permitted.
-
All buildings and common areas are smoke free.
-
NO FISHING, SWIMMING, WADING OR BOATING allowed in or
on any pond areas.
-
Stay away from the pond’s edge at all times and do
not throw anything into the ponds.
-
All pets
must be registered, approved and picked up after, in accordance with
the City of Port Aransas Codes. See

NO PETS
ALLOWED in the ponds, buildings or pool area.
-
DO NOT FEED
THE BIRDS OR DUCKS!
-
No
lifeguard on duty—swim at your own risk.
-
No children
under the age of 16 allowed in the pool area without an adult. No
children under the age of 16 allowed in the spa at any time.
POOL RULES AND REGULATIONS
POOL HOURS:
10:00 AM to 10:00 PM (Pool gate locked all other hours)
NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY, swim at your own risk.
An
“Adult” Must
accompany children under the age of “16”
at all times within the pool area.
No one under the age of “16” allowed in the Spa at any
time!
Adult only
swim time 5:00 pm to 6:00 pm. NO CHILDREN ALLOWED.
No diving or jumping.
No running on the pool deck.
No pets allowed
in the pool area. (See pet rules)
No
food or drink allowed in the pool and no glass containers in pool area.
Dispose of all waste in trash bin provided.
No smoking within the fenced pool
area.
No bikes, scooters, roller blades,
etc. allowed in the pool area.
Use of “Beach Balls” and other “Pool
Toys” must be used with discretion.
No
“Large Flotation” objects allowed.
Children not toilet trained must
wear appropriate swimwear to protect against accidental contamination of
pool/spa facilities.

PET GUIDELINES
DEAR PET OWNER:
The Gulf Waters Team
believes it is important to provide excellent, Clean and healthy
accommodations and service for ALL our owners and guests. To
accomplish our goal it is necessary to have everyone’s cooperation. Your
compliance with these policies and responsibilities is paramount to our
decision to extend Resort privileges to you and allow your pet within
the resort.
In order to continue to welcome your
pets here it is extremely important to have their owners follow these
guidelines at all times.
1.
There is a $5.00 charge per pet and a limit of 2 pets per rig.
Failure to register pet will result in immediate eviction.
2.
No “doggie” walks are provided. The site you occupy is the area
for your pet to use. Even though there are areas within the resort
that are undeveloped, or sites that are vacant, our staff works in and
around those areas and pets are not allowed.
3.
You MUST pick up after your pet immediately. Failure to
do so will result in immediate eviction.
4.
No pets allowed in the ponds, common or recreational areas with
the exception of certified “seeing eye” or personal assistant dogs.
5.
Pets must be on a leash at all times.
6.
Pets may never be left unattended or create a noise disturbance.
7.
If a wire pen or cage is used, it must be kept on concrete areas
and must not be placed on the lawn
8.
No Pit Bulls, Dobermans, Rottweilers, Chows and/or Wolf hybrids
are allowed in the Resort at any time.
9.
Pet vaccination records should be available for inspection

GULF WATERS is not a campground or a
RV park. You have chosen one of the best RESORTS on the Texas Gulf coast
for your vacation. Our facilities consist of individually owned sites
that are beautifully landscaped and very well maintained. Our resort
caters to those who prefer higher standards of quality, safety and
beauty for their family. Our guidelines are strictly enforced to
maintain these standards. To ensure your comfort while you are here,
