Community - Policies

 When you rent here you are renting an owners site
designed for your enjoyment.
Reservation /
Rental Policy:
- This is an
ownership resort and certain restrictions apply.

Your confirmed reservation guarantees a site in
the resort.
- Pets are allowed
with restrictions and must have prior approval
from management.
- All rigs must be
parked in the resort prior to 10 PM.
- Check out time
is 1:00 pm.
- Reservations
accepted with a credit card.
- A deposit of
$40 is required for all daily reservations.

A deposit of $100 is required for all weekly and
monthly reservations.
- No pop-ups,
high-lows, canvas, truck campers or tents are
allowed.
- All units are
subject to approval and must be self-contained.
- Minimum length
requirement 24 feet.
- Maximum age
requirement - 10 years or newer.

Maximum 6 persons per site.
- No rentals are
available for persons under 25 years of age
unless accompanied by a parent.
- Absolutely No
Self-Parking. All units must be escorted to the
sites. (late arrivals by appointment only)
Cancellation policy before you
arrive:
- To
receive a reservation refund:
- Credit Card charge of one night will be
applied for daily reservation cancellations
NOT received 7 days prior to arrival.
- An administration fee of $25 may be charged
for any weekly and monthly reservation
cancellations.
- Weekly and monthly reservation cancellations
must be received 30 days prior to
arrival to receive refund.
- Refund Policy once you arrive:
- We
DO NOT Offer Refunds once you arrive
- Quiet Hours Policy:
- Respect the Resort regulations for quiet
hours.
- For the comfort of our guests, all late
arrivals must be registered and the RV unit
parked in the resort prior to 10PM.
GULF WATERS is not a campground or a RV park.
You have chosen one of the best RESORTS on the
Texas Gulf coast for your vacation. Our
facilities consist of individually owned sites
that are beautifully landscaped and very well
maintained. Our resort caters to those who
prefer higher standards of quality, safety and
beauty for their family. Our guidelines are
strictly enforced to maintain these standards.
